How do I buy an ad?

All ads are purchased directly through our website.
Choose your ad, add it to your cart, and complete checkout just like any other online purchase.
Once payment is processed, you’ll automatically receive an email with your order number and a link to upload your ad assets (text, images, or links).

What happens after I buy an ad?

  1. You’ll see a confirmation (Thank-You) page with a form to submit your ad materials.
  2. You’ll also get a follow-up email titled “Please Submit Your Ad Assets” that includes:
    • Your order number
    • A button linking to our upload form
    • Prefilled fields for your name and order number so you don’t need to re-type them
  3. After you upload, our team reviews your submission and confirms placement by email.

Where do I upload my ad assets?

You can use either option:

  • Right after checkout (the form appears automatically), or

  • From the link in your email after completing your purchase

  • Or simply navigate to www.newsnroses.com/submit-ad-copy

Both lead to the same form on our site.

What assets do I need to upload?

Please include:

  • Your ad text (what you’d like published)

  • Any image or logo files (JPEG or PNG preferred)

  • Optional links you’d like readers to click (website, social, menu, etc.)

When will my ad run?

Ads are scheduled to run based on placement availability and the timeliness of your material submission after purchase.

Once we receive your ad copy and images, our team will review them for formatting and confirm your exact run dates by email. If you have a preferred start date, please include it on your submission form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Do I need an account to submit assets?

No. The upload form is public.
You just need your order number (auto-filled from your email link).
However, creating an account lets you view past orders and resubmit materials more easily.

Can I make changes after submitting?

Yes — simply reply to your confirmation email or re-submit the form with updated materials.
You can navigate to the form here. Include your order number so we can match it to your campaign.

I didn’t get the upload email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from [email protected].
If it’s not there, you can always go directly to Submit Ad Copy and fill out the form.
